WAY too many damsels for such a small tank. I recommend 1 inch of damsel per 20 gallons. I think you have like 6 inches of fish for 20 gallons! Insane! Not enough rock and too huge a wave-maker, they can't stake-out their territories. Drop that down to 1 fish and you'll be okay.
i got 6 dansell in my 10gal dam ass Domino keep chesaing all the orther fish when it come to food there all happy

got some bad green algae on that tank mate.... time for clean up crew and tank clean
