magnificent styles like this are not and should not be referred to as 'just metal'-you have to look beyond the growling voices and heavy guitars,and find the meaning within the lyrical content-that is when you realise what a truly awesome band enslaved are.

Monumension was their experimental album after all, not much to do with the Viking Age, so theres no harm with pairing this song with a sci fi movie. Like Frag0holic explained, its the whole cosmic feeling.

Actually, this song does have to do with Norse mythology, all of Enslaved songs do... Grutle said so on the extra footage on the Return to Yggdrasil dvd.... they have just become more cryptic and person

Thanks. Yes, I did do some editing where certain parts fit better with certain parts of the song. But my only regret is that it is kind of slow to start off. But generally, this is just my interpretation of the Enslaved song.
