I would no way want you to stop vlogging, believe it or not. didnt mean "horrible" in an offensive way. as im sure u dont offend yourself by entitling your own vlog like that.. you are obviously better at written communication but it doesnt mean u should stick to it. i hope you are getting my point. this vid was kinda informative, just not very entertaining , also too long. i might as well sub to you because i like your written style and wanna see u improve at vloggin. thx for the reply ;)

I love Apple products, though I do admit they gip you out of a lot of nice possible features.

Point is, though, that this wasn't even an authentic Apple iPod. sadness.

I see. But even if it sort of, vaguely, looks like an iPod (Apple), I would avoid it unless you're buying from a reliable source like Best Buy or whatever.

If it is not too late, I would recommend Sandisk. I have a Sansa Clip (2gb) and it is a pretty good product. I am still using it, for like 10 months and still working.

yeah, PayPal is pretty much useless. They're not cooperating at all and they can't do anything since it wasn't through a registered seller like eBay. (Craigslist is an online wanted ad section so you can search for things people are selling locally. It's supposed to help avoid fraud but I guess I proved that wrong.)

you should definitely get an ipod .. my brother has a zune and he swears by it .. but I love my ipod lol. I have a 2 GB first version ipod .. it's way old haha but it still works like a charm

you definitely should not have gone through craigslist .. definitely haha .. very few things I would buy from craigslist.

If you still have the actual photos and original conversation with her, you can press charges against her. Not only would you get your money back but she would also in trouble for making a "fake" ipod and Apple can have a real court suit against her. That's just wrong and I think you can have a real case here (my opinion). She falsely advertised. Also, if you get an ipod and your a college student, buy one from the Apple store, college students get discounts on all products.

Quite frankly it sounds like you got ripped off but I would highly discourage you from getting an i-Pod anyways. They technically arent an mp3 player but some other i-Pod format that takes up more space which equals less music. If I were you once you got the whole knockoff BS sorted out I'd get a new Zune or some generic mp3 player from like Walmart or K-mart or Radioshack.
