  • SawazzzzzzzzzzzzDEE ... ready to come to Thailand ... keep up the training. ;-)

  • Ous.. Real Martial Arts. Obviously not in the US where you look to suit for anything... Keep training warriors.

  • medio mal de la cabeza estamos no? yo soy cinturon naranja tambien y entrenamos muy duro pero no al punto de que senpai nos pegue de esa manera :S

  • awesome conditioning! OSU!

  • reading many of these comments, its obvious that over the decade people have become very ignorant and prejudiced. They no longer understand the art, and the concept of respect and discipline in them.

    Great training.

  • great conditioning proper kyokushin training! Osu!

  • After getting kicked by a kyokushin karate kick to the leg i am sure getting hit by a stick is the least of your worries!

  • KEEP TRAINING HARD ! Im orange belt too and im ready to ignore a lot of pain!

  • You do that to your ORANGE belts? How long does belt progression take and how many belts do you have?

  • @SuperAramis2000 Hi there. Kyokushin has 1 white, 2 orange, 2 blue, 2 yellow, 2 green and 2 brown belts. + master belts. I am a blue belt and it took me 2,5 years to achieve it.

  • gotta love conditioning time during training.....osu from singapore!

  • Thats graet stuff and i understand it unlike some on here for I train kyokushin myself. Great work keep it up OSU!

  • Please venerable master

Show me your supreme art fighting barehanded against Manny Pacquiao

I am sure that your mind will order the body to feel no pain!

  • Why don't they just punch him in the face while he is taking a shit?

  • bad assss

if only these kids know how much that fucking bo staff hurts

  • OSU!!!

  • great training, thumb up! osu!!!

  • MC.DOJO.

  • 1:35 do push ups on first two nucles.

  • z tą głową to przesadził

  • People do not any of you understand Wolff's law, has no one in here taken any biology, anatomy in undergrad college geez.

  • haha i love how he says icheee, hacheee instead of plain ichi, hachi xD

  • When do push ups , only 2 first nucles shoul touch floor .......1.10 does not look like karate way push ups for me .

  • Great training. Osu!

  • crazy russians

  • this helps. i usually have my guy put on 16oz gloves and hit me in the face.

  • @chraw1983 brain damage mate!

  • Awesome. Trying to find a kyokushin club that does this type of training.

  • Good session but seriously, you should not stand on anyone's head or let anyone stand on your head for any reason.

  • very good ive been doin it for yrs its always good to learn something new

  • where in Hong Kong are you guys? Kowloon or HK island? Got a website?

  • wouldn't mess with this guy :o

  • it was all normal and intense, until i saw the end.

dayum, thats what i call conditioning LOL

  • great. now why dont you read the comment stream below about how its for neck strength then coment again. Thanks

  • our karate teacher says that "you can harden your body, but you can't harden your head"

  • @Omatunto actually brah, you can harden your head with enough conditioning.

At the very least, you condition your mental toughness to better prepare to take a hit to the head.

I've conditioned using similar methods to those in this video. I've been hit with everything but the kitchen sink.

It actually feels good after you've built up a resistance.

  • for those of you who don't know kyokushin karate is about developing a better person

  • That was fucking hilarious, as i am typing this I am laughing, kicking him in the balls and punching him in the stomach wasn't enough so he gets out the staff, so then you fucking step on his head. Surely this is illegal.

  • @AyrtonSennaFan97 I never kicked him in the groin, that was an inside thigh kick. Its not illegal, its great training! In response to your mail to me about conditioning at home, of course the only good way is with a partner, but I know of karateka who have rolled glass coke bottles or rolling pins down their shins. I used to use the head of a coke bottle (the cap end) and drive it against my stomach and thighs and chest. But I wouldnt advocate doing anything outside the safety of the dojo. Thanks

  • @AyrtonSennaFan97 he doesn't kick him in the balls , he kicks him inside the leg ... stupid mental retarded blind faggot

  • @AyrtonSennaFan97 this aint illegal its how it is.. in japan conditioning is much more tense than this

  • respect for this guy

  • why are you using a tatami? ;D

  • @circacheese its a martial arts gym, not a karate dojo. there isnt a wooden floor area. Thanks

  • this looks more like getting beaten up than conditioning. why not just spar?

  • @emmabookshelf because sparring doesnt have the same mental aspect as just standing there and allowing yourself to be hit. Hence his mental strength is vastly improved alongside his physical resilience. Thanks for your comment.

  • @thederegulator I couldnt a agree more, i train Jiu-Jitsu and we dont do this kind of training. And i have great respect for his will, and to anyone who asks about the stepping on the head, its to strengthen his neck. The guy who was taking the hits, is presumably in better physical form than some of the biggest bodybuilders out there, and thats because hes trained this way. And hes stronger mentally than your average everyday joe.

  • @ThreeClipEdit holy fuck respect maan

  • @emmabookshelf if you were to spar you will not condition all areas. Its call Wolff's law increasing bone density. And also toughing skin. Its something that should be understood, to even a undergraduate who is required to take merger science labs. o,0

  • dirty karate in the world kyokushinkai is WAK!

  • Note to self: Don't mess with a Kyokushin fighter.

  • lol All I can think of is that one scene from kung pow where Betty takes all the hits while he just stands there. TOWEL, PLEASE.

  • This is so gangstah.

  • @olamprov this is not "gangstah" ...is just japanese martial arts .....gangsta is for stupid pussy niggers who don't know how to fight !!!

  • @waffenSSkrieg Uhmmm... gangstah can also mean awesome or bad ass. Unless you already know that. But yeah I think the training is super hardcore.

  • What's the purpose of stepping on the head?

  • @Linos33 so hes prepared for what hes gonna feel when he gets a good knee or kick the the face

  • @ManicLeo Well that too, but my main motivation was to build up his neck muscles more because if his neck is stronger, when he gets kicked in the head, there is less chance of his head moving so fast that his brain shifts inside his skull and he is knocked out. Of course, there are many ways to build up your neck strength, this would be just one. Osu.

  • @thederegulator How can i condition my whole body at home without the need for a partner?

  • @Linos33 I was going to say that. xD I dont know.... to resist.... somebody.... that it's stepping on your head?

    (Forget my bad english).

  • @Linos33 el proposito de eso es que cuando recibes una patada en un torneo no te lesiones el cuello

  • @Linos33 so that when he gets punched on his face he wont get much damadge or knock out

  • @Linos33 feet fetish

  • @Linos33 The purpose is the strengthening of neck.

  • Is this Kowloon or HK island? Is it the one in SOGO? damn, if it is, why the fack didnt I join?

  • @lawker777 its in central, but the instructor left and teaches his own karate classes now...called 'karate unleashed' you should try it out!

  • @thederegulator Is that Impakt academy of mixed martial arts? If want to play kyokushin karate, seems that should join the membership of the impakt.....Is there any independent kyokushin class in Hong Kong with IKO1? Thanks...

  • @fatcolumn999 Yes that is Impakt, I dont work there anymore. They still have Kyokushin classes but the branch chief will leave HK soon as well. There are no independent IKO1 classes in HK. I run classes, but I am completely non politcal, I welcome everyone to join.

  • @thederegulator That's sad. I want to play kyokushin karate with IKO1. However, the terms and condition that impakt listed is too tough. They said they can change their price without notice and they charge through your bank account. That's not good for us. I prefer to give cash every month. In fact, i just want to play kyokushin karate, not to join that membership lol. Well, you teach kyokushin karate? Is there any information that you can give me? Thanks

  • nice like for 9kyu osu

  • And he's an orange belt. Well done. I'm a bit iffy with the way some of it was done, to each his own

  • fucked guys.

  • Thanks Senpai Kevin! Good lesson! OSU!

  • a strong OSU from Brazil Kyokushin.. OSU!

  • yea but all thats gonna sooo pay off

  • i love that feeling

  • think i'll stick with Muay Thai training, where its pretty damn brutal yet smart rather than unnecessarily brutal and stupid.

  • @Angel7black you should go to an authentic kyokushin karate dojo and train before you call it stupid. The kyokushin fighters are very strong and many of them are successful in K-1. Just FYI. This video shows how strong the guy is and therefore he can withstand lots of punishment in a fight if he somehow gets in a bad spot and gets hit. Oh and real muai thai training are just as brutal if not more, go to thailand and you will see. Those guys are made of rocks.

  • @Angel7black Muay Thai smart? hmm , wouldnt say so , you learn more in Kyokushin Karate instead of just elbow and knee striking in muay thai , + that silly dance lol ... that is the only thing you do... But in kyokushin you learn 238234 katas , techniques , japanese words , you strengthen your nerves (depends if your senpai likes to have fun with that lol :D , that is kinda cool) , strength your body (also in Muay THai )... So tell me what is more stupid ... lol ..

  • @Angel7black smarter? and unnecessarily brutal and stupid? u said u did muay thai a? haha. reason why people do this dude is so that when it comes to a fight they dont get hurt as bad. imagine punching some1 who literally had shins and arms like stones?even their block would bruise u!

  • embarassing! Only seventy times: Ouss! Ridiculous...

  • nice training, good job

  • Can someone give this guy an IQ test... is there anything left...? :'(

  • hahahah on the end, look at the faces one is very happy but the other is sad :DD

  • Oh hell no, this dude jumped on his head. Eff all lat, I'll stay a PUSSY.

  • the last part is a suicide... dont repeat it in your training

  • Come from a small town in Indiana (Kokomo) and I have trained with a lot of martial artist, fighters and non-fighters, and have found few to none that have that kind of conditioning training. Looks like it would be effective, where are all you at in my town? Come find me. Lets train.

  • that's how it's done. Wish I could find someone who likes to train around my town.

  • Gotta love that San Chin dachi

    OSU!

  • sado masochistes ??

  • @flexmastertim it's for getting your skull harder you idiot !!1

  • @ obsidian 1392....it obviousy toughens the body so that when someone hits u...it wont hurt...after doin this for a long time wen someone hits it wont hurt at all

  • ana mesh 3arefny..

  • how does this help ?

  • lol crazy but good. u should use a thicker stick so that more of teh damage hits and not so musch of a sting.

  • Bet he felt that in the morning, thats dedication. Good job :)

  • @Thelee456 orange belt is the first belt in kyokushin ...em orange and i get the same training as hi did. when you get to the green belt the sensey start's training you and that's the real fun :D

  • If you have a strong neck you can take punches to the face better and you wont get KO'd as easily, Also you should move your face away from the punch even as it touches you. But yeah you should always have your hands in a way you can protect your body. Because a KO is basically your brain being bounced around in your head, When it happens to often you can have brain damage its not a pretty thing.

  • well, if one day, by some freakin accident, all those punching bags gets torn up.. they won't need to stop the training..

  • Quite the conditioning! We have similar things in our dojo except I've yet to experience a face stepping.

    OSU!

  • I liked it up to the face stepping, but whatevers get's you guys thru the match. Osu.

  • amazing. true martial conditioning.

    OSU

  • O.O Uso.

  • Getting hit with a fist is ok, getting hit with a stick, that is a different kind of pain. Thumbs up

  • @Ti1301 Yeah then getting your neck steped on? OUCH

  • Poor kohai! :)

  • Now this is old school baby!! I wish my Shotokan Karate would have done more of this stuff! I'll do this sh*t all day.

  • No you won't, trust me.

  • That is fucking hilarious

  • ous

  • Good spirit

    osu!!!
