@stickboytlr I'm going by the recollection of my one visit, many years ago, but if I was thinking of Ffestiniog, I'd colour a bagful of clay cat litter mid-grey and sprinkle it everywhere to start! That was a rather bleak little town on a cold, damp May day, but it was interesting nonetheless. Certainly nothing like I'd ever seen.
