Additionally, I am an EMT and have had 500+ hours of training on AED's, TASER, Electrical Safety, and emergency medical care. I have read the studies on the deaths, and not a single one of them was blamed on the TASER. Listen to the video, they say 286 that died after using the TASER, not from using the TASER. They acknowledge that the deaths were attributed generally toward Excited Delirium Syndrome (EDS). Looking at the way this man is panting in the video. EDS is characterized by an increase in body temperature, heart rate, breathing, etc. Look at the video and see if you see some of those symptoms.
