Fortran 5 did a version of this as an extra track for the promo of 'Love Baby' and 'Midnight Trip'...It was simply called 'Smiling (Swingle Overdrive)'. It was a curious little track I always liked and now I know where the basis for it came from! Thanks for the upload :)
