@valarmanwe I have been there before. It took me almost 30 years, but I took the initiative to open up my heart and just started asking God (at that time if there was one) to show me the way. I started researching and studying. You feel God the most when you are alone, and not distracted. Don't give up. Keep searching and you will find.

Great message, I'm truly blessed by it. I know many don't believe but by and by they will believe just like those who are in hell right now and didn't believe. Now, they believe because in hell everyone is a believer....NO TURNING BACK, it's forever. hundreds, thousands, millions and billions of years will pass by them in hell but that will be just a point to what remains. Indeed, their punishment will be infinite. Isaiah 33:14 asks: Who among us can dwell with everlasting burnings? Thank you!

@k0smon Yeah, but that doesn't mean that because these "Christians" follow that, that the Bible is wrong. Yes God is a God of wrath, hatred, and jealousy but please read in what context. God made us like him, we feel love and feel hate. That doesn't mean that because you feel hate you are going to go kill somebody because you don't have the authority to do it, only God does. Bart Ehrman became an agnostic because he had trouble accepting pain and suffering in the world.

Before Bart Ehrman became an agnostic, he was still a Christian. He just got the realization that the bible was not all that he was taught it was. Blind faith calls the bible the inerrant word of God. It is certainly not inerrant. I do not find the quality of the bible to match the claims for it.

This is a really good video debate "Does The Bible Misquote Jesus? (Debate, 2010)" between Bart and Craig. Regardless of whether people side with Bart or Craig, people should take the time to study and conduct their own research.
