My parents starting having me do things for them and got really weak, while some of my coworkers are in their sixties and do everything the younger guys can, and sometimes faster/better. Second though, don't fool yourself, I have seen quite a few older guys, some retired athletes, others who've worked heavy jobs all their lives, and even at 60 they can haul around 300 lbs and more all day long.
