Read the book, it's even better then the movie. although the beginning is a little slow, but it sets the stage and the characters. After the first few chapters, you will be lost in the details as you imagine what Charles Frazier is describing, and you will be rooting for Inman and Ada as they battle adversity in one of our nation's darkest times.

Cold Mountain, is actually about a real place which is near Asheville, N.C. in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. The book was written about the people of this area and of the Native American Indians portrayed in the beginning of the book. The book, is even better...if that is possible!

Moreover than being pretty or not, the character simply doesnt fit the role. In the novel, Ada is supposed to be dark haired, and seemed to me to be softer in complexes.

Yeah, kidman is pretty, but her face completely screws up the image of ada.

Hola! Gracias por tu comentario. Pues verás, a mí me pasaba eso cuando tenía el ordenador muy cargado, se me cerraba a mitad del proceso. Intenta hacerlo cuando no tengas nada más que ese programa abierto, ni siquiera te conectes a internet. Puedes probar reiniciando y abriendo únicamente ese programa, para no gastar más recursos y sobrecargarlo. Espero que tengas suerte y me encantará ver algún video tuyo. Hasta pronto.
