You just described Sir Senator Joe Biden, he indeed SHOULD be our president, he is intelligent and sound and SINCERE, and personable, he looks you in the eye, he will hug you, and so much more i could say but i have had much to say all day on this man I am excited about, i had become so bored with mccain and obama, now I have the umpth again, i am excited, hope Sir Biden will be president one day, it would be amazingly reviving

I saw that interview on MTP and thought the same thing - that they were describing Joe Biden, but of course they didn't mention him.
