I'm definitely not saying the trv is bad at all, because it is a great little camera and I was considering getting one for a while. Most of the people who have gl1s on youtube dont understand how to use manual settings correctly.

JVC is crap. The GR-HD10 was a nightmare. It kept breaking. The auto lens shutoff kept breaking. I sent it back 3 times to fix. They fixed it one last time (500 dollar value) for free but told me no more fixes. The following week or two later my on/off switch breaks. Now I have a 3000 dollar paper weight. I'm not paying 500 bucks to fix it. Also it wont work on any OS higher then XP.

Well the dvc30 is 43mm threads. You would have to put an mk1 screw on it which has 58mm threads. Then put a step down ring on the lens which would be 43mm to 58mm. THIS IS MY FAVORITE SETUP hahaha
