If you went back in time to kill your grandfather nothing will prevent you from doing so, the laws of physics are the same there as here. Having done it nothing will happen to you, you wont fade away. However you have now changed history and it will play out with you missing from it! When you return to your own time no one would know who you were, you wouldnt 'exist' in your own time anymore. But then you didnt 'exist' in your grandfathers time either, nothing has changed and so no paradox!

I don't really care how many scientists or professionals.Time travel is not possible but even it is. It shouldn't be because no matter how many times you try and stop something from happening or whatever something else will take its place because the Universe so to speak has ways of correcting it self , is something is ment to happen its going to happen and it happens for a reason like m commenting on this video because of talking about time travel.

Sadly for that paralel theory, is that it ISN'T a paralel universe anymore at the moment the universes start to influence eachother. The moment they do that, they are different worlds, throwing off the balans, meaning that we could never travel to another world, almost similar to us. That is also why the multiverse theory can never be used in time-travel theories.

most of what that story was from 2;30 was junk. just didnt make sense. course you could kill him, a gun doenst think oh this is not supposed to happen, thing about his affect of simply being there that would greatly affect the future. and no he couldnt have been the insiration for the book. it would mean he would have go through time before he was actually born. the affect of going back to that time would change the book possibly entirely.

thats just dum. there is a paradox but only if you think there is one. IF its possible to go back it would either mean 1) you've created a parallel time which differs by your presence. 2) u are now in a time where u appear and create a new time frame or 3) you kill ya grandad and possibly instantly cease to exist. (highly unlikely but logical but wouldnt happen cos this aint a movie lol)

I think because time paradoxes exist, practical time travel isn't achievable.

I consider it this way... if time is a straight line of events, time travel will cause dangerous complications or be impossible. If time is a series of dimensions, then time travel would simple be going back to a different dimension, at which point other dimensions would branch off of that, where different events would take place.
