if you can make it up for dawn patrol, you'll find the best surf of the day. usually offshore and glassy. winds pick up as the day goes on and the surf can get blown out.

this is the best footage of ocean beach that i have come across. love that place. and if you're wondering, IT IS really cold there and also has the some of the strongest rip currents and longshore currents of any place you will likely find AND is super scary paddling out on a big day because of basically no channel in paddling out. World class beach break though...
