"Mysterious martial arts" is actually machete fighting from Pusaka Gayong Seni Silat Association of Malaysia (PSSPGM) . The players are World Champions in machete fighting: Jebat (nickname) and Zulkarnain (the late/allahyarham ...al-Fatihah!). They were invited to Japan to perform the show, in 1991.
