Letterman seems fixated on other's emotional problems-maybe because he has a few of his own? Did he ever criticize Clinton for getting emotional?

Williams looks like he'd rather be somewhere else. This is why I watch Conan, or prefer the Letterman of old, when he was funny without being nasty or bitter.
