  • 4:12 Ouch

  • I hate the thought that I have aspergers - but this description fits me almost to a key. I am 26 and it is actually really hard to come to terms with something like this. I went through some of a depression a while back, and I think most people I know just think I am quiet and am healing from things emotionally - but I've realized most of this is just who I am.

To a key except for two things: I don't have any particular interests apart from watching and reading people.

  • I also was diagnosed with Asperger's Sundrome. It is both tormenting, and awesome, tormenting because I am emotionally and socially defective, but logically enhanced (compared to most people I've met). I'm so glad that others are making these videos, so I can honestly relate and attempt to understand others.

  • Even more depressing is that I think 5 friends are kind of much.

  • @LetDie I am the exact same age. And I have the exact same situation, only that I'm male. I hope it can give you comfort to know there is someone out in the big black universe who maybe can understand.

  • I'm an aspie female of 23. I recently realized I've only had about 5 friends in my entire life. Now I have none. Depressing.

  • @LetDie - don't worry. true friends are actually quite rare in life. phonies abound.

  • @LetDie I am an aspie too, I can be your friend if you want :o)

  • As a young woman with Asperger's syndrome, I can relate especially to the bit at about 5:10, about sensory overload. One of the biggest obstacles my sister and I faced when we were kids were sensory issues. About everything that neurotypes feel is amplified. It's for this reason that drinking or drugs interests me very little- I don't crave a high, because I literally feel natural highs all the time (and then again, quite a bit of nervous anxiety as well).

  • everybody at school hates me cause i have aspergers i only have 1 friend but thats all i need cause shes the best ever!

  • This is complete bullshit. Who put you up to this ridiculous stunt?

  • The definition IS the diagnosis. There's no scientific test. DSM IV is circular thinking, just like the Bible, and "confirmation" of God's word. We smile and nod at you morons who willingly accept negative labels from corporations.

  • Those "sausages on that plate look like turds.

  • "You Freak" umm slight over reactoin

  • My little sister has this, she is still the coolest person i know, though her only super power seems to coincidence with when i drink

  • it dont matter there still retards and all desrve to die

  • This is a film we made and it's great to see it doing so well. More videos like this at our Bi0mation Youtube account

  • I have trouble ending conversations too! Roughly 40-50 percent of my conversations end with me saying "so.....yeah."

  • Like ADHD, like me (I don't have AS i have ADHD and it effects me greatly)

  • why are drawings made by the desabled so... disturbing 2:20 - 2:36 (sorry wasnt meant to be offencive.)

  • aspergers syndrome = odd ball due to superior intellect ?

  • @mba2ceo TRUE, I HAVE IT!!!

  • @mba2ceo no, due to social awkwardness.

  • awesome

  • My mom thought she could fix me of this by sticking me in the middle of what drives me crazy...it only made it worse.

  • can a normal person be as smart as person with asperger syndrom_?

  • @luyla1 no

  • @luyla1 yes

  • @luyla1 I have AS. From what I've seen and read, people who are really smart at something tend to either have Savant Syndrome or some other mental condition. I think its rare to see someone who's really smart and not have some kind of mental condition. At least, thats what I've seen.

  • @luyla1 yes I think so. Even though I have AS, most people I know are smarter then me even though they don't have it.

  • I do believe that the animation quality was lacking but other then that it was good

  • aspergers syndrome is embarrasing as well as lonely. :/

  • @brainac0cult It is and I say that all the time. I'm a black girl with AS and I'm so embarrassed by that.

  • @TheManiNicole only thing worse than a retard is a black one do us all a favor and kill yourself

  • @danelmcamis93 Why would you say that? Your obviously White Trash.

  • @TheManiNicole lol i say that cuz its the truth u just cant handle it, and thats all u nigger lovers can say aww your white trash like i havnt heard that one before try cuming up with sumthin new for a change not something every other nigger says

  • @danelmcamis93 Go ahead get BIG through the computer you little internet gangster. I am sooooooooOOOoooOOooo scared. I think I'm going to cry. :-I

BTW: Check your grammar and spelling because I'm the only "retard" in here!

  • @TheManiNicole im an o.g. when it cumz to dis shit, and i garuntee u 90% of the ppl on here who dont spell correctly already know they just dont give a shit, the only thing u need to check is yourself bitch

  • @danelmcamis93 Are you challenging me to a dance off?

  • @TheManiNicole no cuz judging from your profile pic your fat, if u werent u wudnt only take a pic of your eyes only fat biches do that

  • History Aspies Represent!

  • @madlibsluver Yay for History Aspies.

  • Do you have a version of is documentary with proper pronunciation? I don't understand anything with people talk with socks in their mouths.

  • @Emeianoite And people like you are the reason why a lot of Aspies are depressed. Go away, troll.

  • @madlibsluver dude, i'm talking about your shitty voice... not assburgers.

  • @Emeianoite 1: I'm not in this video

2: I have a speech impediment, so thats kinda ironic

3: you were still an ass

4: stfu, your a troll of your going to spell ASPERGERS like that.

  • @Emeianoite Come-on man, your better then that.

  • I lost all my friends when i hit puberty, and i havn't been able to get any since. I'm slower than others at cooking/writing/reading and when i do schoolwork i'm much slower than the others. I'm physically clumsy. My heart beats fast. When people tell me to do something i won't understand it as at all, though other people easily understands it. It feels like i have a different personality in me that i can't use when i'm suposed to be using it. Any idea what this may be? :(

  • @JohanBomholt I would talk to an adult you can trust into seeking out more information about Asperger's. If you're not sure who to talk to, look into support groups, message boards and the like. This link: oddsandfriends.typepad.com is a great way to email your questions and frustrations. <3 good luck!

  • check out my Aspergers Syndrome video :)

  • Remembering facts? ha I have aspergus but I have a crap memory like I only barely passed history and that's my fave subject, lol but the rest I totally agree with and can relate to, but great video, say t'was a gud bit of work to make all that :)

  • sssssseeesssssssssssssshhhhh what a wanker, keep trollin doc!!!!

  • 3:59 That guy's really cruel and heartless. I would of definitely went out with that girl, because I have Asperger's too.

  • This is definitely me.

  • i have aspergers and i have a lot of friends

  • @epicperson460 same I think people are dramatizing it a little, like u know people make it out as all aspergerus people are living alone and isolated, like I can hang out with my friends, shake hands with strangers (when I'm suppose to obviously I dnt mean go up to randomers lol) but like I mean, I think people are dramatizing it a little.

  • @deanmullen10 Asperger's is an Autism Spectrum Disorder, which means that as a diagnosis it will be different for everyone.

  • i have aspergers

  • @siomar60 same

  • @epicperson460 yeah

  • For those bashing people with problem might want to think again, i know someone that has this problem is doing better in collage than most so called ignorant kids that think there smart enough for collage and getting the highest honors, so think and do you homework before bashing people with problems becasue i see there getting more jobs and doing things better than the so called NORMAL humanity reality. then again normal people are failing this country anyways.

  • Ass burger!

  • @Baldoxxx4000 ur mean

  • @Baldoxxx4000 HA HA HA HA yes we all saw south park now go away before I get drunk off of Jameson and go Matrix on your Neuro Typical ass!

  • Comment removed

  • @madlibsluver youre amazing!

  • @xmetallyca haha I know I am but why did you say that.

  • 6:20 this food tastes like shit!

  • 4:10 people with aspergers also have psychokinesis ;)

  • Aspergers allows me to view the world with a much greater intensity of beauty than most people. Math and music permeate everything.

  • that AS at the bus stop was just plain stupid. not high functioning which is what AS is at all. i can tell some of the voices here aren't real ASs just people acting as one (poorly). the word autistic derives from such words as autonomy. automatic. autocrat. it's just self-ability. no need for others. AS people would have no issues in life if they had a career in science for example.. they'd thrive so they dont need this BS diagnosis and all the 'help'. its quite sickening.

  • @maxgunn555 i think to say 'no issues in life' is totally an over generalization. i work as a behavioral therapist in the field of autism and no matter the age, 7 or 21, a person WILL struggle with AS. They may overcome it and find that lucky science career, but you are oversimplifying a solution that isn't malleable to all.

  • @xmetallyca i meant no issues any more than the average person obviously. can you tell me why you think it's so inevitable their struggling... are you saying that other people WILL make it difficult for them. you sound cynical to say that lucky science career... what does that even mean. nonsense... fact is your job shouldn't even exist.

  • 16 people that watched this video don't understand our learning difference. Keep up the Vidz.

  • also what i meant about friends is I dont hang out alot, but you could say i have a hell of alot of aquaintances

  • oracle2world, I was in computers and failed badly, im in business now

  • @Disneyfan5150 - stop using AS as an excuse for not succeeding in life. As the saying goes, the key to success is concentration. Lots of high profile people are completely obsessed with their business, like owners of professional sports teams.

Get into computers (they exhibit all the symptoms of AS), or the entertainment world. The entertainment world is full of weird people. Everyone else doesn't care about the latest psychobabble.

  • @oracle2world Stop using antique buzzwords like "psychobabble" as an excuse for not updating your preconceptions about people and the world. Human interaction is weird and governed by extremely complex rules that aren't written down anywhere, and so anyone born without the ability to navigate these rules is going to have some problems.

  • @yerk3 - that is something i have noticed with aspies ... thinking there are "rules" for everything. There are not. Life is not fair. People are not honest.

There is a lot of randomness in the world, don't try to figure out all the noise in the world.

    Any questions?

  • @oracle2world Nice bit of sophistry to try and rationalize being an asshole.

  • @yerk3 - well, aspies are a bit direct and socially clueless.

  • @oracle2world Keep telling yourself that shit, maybe you'll convince yourself.

  • The real irratating thing is that he's one of the billions of people who pronounce aspergers wrong...

it's ass-per-jers... even i used to pronounce it wrong... and i have aspergers

  • more or less though AS is social related

  • I have AS, always wondered why I was different, an AS is destroying my life, i have no friends, Everything i say to people is almost offensive, i dont understand others, im partially becoming successful but failing more, and have a hearing issue that makes everything 2x louder than normal people, only thing that i can think of as positive is most of us with aspergers are the friendliest people and were old fashioned

  • @Disneyfan5150 AS for me isn't really that bad... I have friends actually i'm not sure about this but i think im popular kinda....

i make people laugh for some reason, but i'm not really good at relationships that's about it.

  • Assburger should bre renamed to Autism Lite

  • @Logistica11735 Actually, when the new DSM V comes out they are pushing aspergers to be called Autism on a severity scale.

  • Comment removed

  • Ass Burgers.

  • @Logistica11735 it maybe didn't acure to you that Asperger is a last name?... and to be honest, I actually don't think that they would EVER even think about retards like yourself making fun of it in such a immature and childish way... but your'e just a sad little retard that doesn't know any better right? because that would be the only explanation for your childish and ignorant behavior... maybe your parents didn't raise you good enough? are they maybe just as dumb as yourself perhaps?...

  • Beautiful work! My father and I watched it, really makes me feel at ease with myself cuz I have Aspergers as well. Thank You

  • Aspergers syndrome is a disorder that your born with that makes socialising but there's more symptoms than just bad socialising check out more videos on aspergers

  • For any body thinking Aspergers is when burgers come out your ass IT'S NOT

  • Ass Burgers.

  • @TheDachman overrated joke mate ;/

  • @TheDachman a both retarded and immature comment... maybe it's time to jump out of the dipers and at least try to live like a descent person?...

  • Your a Gay Fish

  • south park brought me here

  • I'm here to find cure for Stan

  • Eric Cartman thinks he has Aspergers in the new South Park. Wonder how THAT'S gonna pan out? =D

  • @allaboutdmagic

    He's lucky I don't kick his ass, that's what.

Also, the best episode they had with Cartman and disorders was the Tourettes episode. Anything else is just a knockoff.

  • This was difficult to MASTURBATE to, but I managed to blow my goo watching.

  • @waterfordjim that was sexy

  • Umm, I worked on this film, I feel I should say, the voice at the start is one of the phycologists who works at Lime Trees, and he does say Aspergers, NOT ass burgers, it's just that, like nearly everyone else who worked on this film, he has a northern accent since it is based in York.

  • one thing i notice.. we do like explosions do we haha (yes i do have asperger syndrome)

  • Very informative, and entertaining. Thank you.

  • I'm going to be tested soon for Asperger's. My best friend has it, too. Him and I share many different things that you don't see friends normally doing. It's nothing bad, but we share so many hobbies and interests. I've done research on this syndrome, and have come to the conclusion that it is quite likely that I may have it, in that I'm a great writer, musically inclined, and I'm REALLY awkward. I mean like seriously. I can start a conversation but I'm not good at ending it.

  • lol he called them "people" with Assburgers

  • 1:28 Also we aren't sure how to end a conversation bye

  • its not bad i mean aspergeres are smarter

  • @PWNAGE2031 i'm not mate, living in singapore, international school, its either work hard or die hard

  • I don´t like other people and I´m not good at school. Dam it.

  • I've always thought of Asperger's as people who just don't give a shit, like honey badgers.

  • @jasperswan123

    You mean socially retarded!

  • @TheSixelar7 retarded? like you?

  • @TheBitchinbabs

    You'll have to elaborate.

  • @jasperswan123 Yeah Baby!

  • @jasperswan123 i have Aspergers and iam pretty dumb some of use are inferior and should fuck off

  • i got this shit argh! i am in FE living with serious aspergers !!!!

  • My boyfriend has Asperger's and he's lovely :) I know it can be hard at times, but you can't let people put you down :)

  • @jasperswan123 Well played.

  • it sounds like he sais "assburgers"

  • this is nice ^^

i like how creative the movie is. just like people with as :)

i have as, but i have a very hard time. im struggling to write this comment :(

  • wow, that's some really bad music

  • @jasperswan123 What level of intelligence do you expect from someone with the username "6MakeMyDinnerCunt6"?

  • I have Asperger's and I find this video both funny and inspirational.

  • I have Aspergers Syndrome too.....And I love this video too.Its funny Good Job.

  • People that say they have a high I.Q. but use improper grammar/spelling. Idk if I can believe that. .___. I have a pretty average I.Q. but I like proper grammar. :P

  • I have aspergers. I also have no friends, girls wont even talk to me, my parents get fed up with me easily and often. ill probably be alone for the rest on my pathetic life. the only proper medication for this syndrome is potassium cyanide

  • @Glucoperon That's very sad. My son has Asperger's and I see him struggling with life all the time. I'm just glad that people recognize it now. I believe his father and grandfather also have it but no one knew what it was. Hang in there. Everyone has some sort of issue sooner or later in life.

  • @MrsSarb Encourage your son to work with his Asperger's. Encourage him to really pay attention to himself, to his real strengths and to his real weaknesses - and then to think/behave in ways that enhance and capitalize on his strong points and that minimize his shortcomings. For example, if he has favorite fields of interest that he likes to study and know about - nurture that as a potential professional field to have a career in. Transform the curse into a blessing.

  • @Glucoperon Hun, just be positive, keep your chin up! You'll find happiness, you deserve it. I don't mean to sound like a Cosmogirl magazine, but I just wish you happiness, and believe you will find it. Read 'The Secret' by Rhonda Byrne. you might find this book somewhat naive, but it has helped me through many depressions, so I stick by it. goo luck, mate!!

  • @jasperswan123 Having a high IQ is not an excuse for being rude to other people (btw, may I ask how high your EQ is?)

  • i wont keep going because its practicly the same thing on video

  • and making friends is not my first thing i rather be alone playing games or reading about new planets anything about space other galaxies or super massive black holes the cosmos everyuthing like that brings life to me and when im at school i make friends but they dont last for more then couple of days cuz im always talking bout the same thing but if some one could tell me it would realy help i wont feel so different even tho i will be but there will it be a reason just like the video said

  • because i will think they are thinking that im wierd or that why am i looking at their eyes and every time some one is mad or angry way after it happend im good at math i dont enjoy it much but science im good at and i love it i dont mind reading the same thing over and over dont bore me in school in science class i was always the first to finish the work and i would do papers over and over becuase it is just so amazing

  • do i have aspergers i have all them problems when im at school i feel so different i always feel like people are looking at me and judging me in their heads and i dont know when im eating if i put tomatoes eggs rice beans or more then 2 things in my plate i get frustrated cuz im trying to figure out a conbination but it gets frustrating so i take one thing out and eat them by them self and when i talk to people and look at them in the eyes i cant do it for more then 2 seconds

  • I am 21 and have aspergers. Problem is, when I was young, aspergers wasn't really "found" yet. And I was diagnosed with ADHD (I'm not hating). My stupid fucking mother listened to the doc and gave me Ritalin. I took it for 2 years and it fucked up my chilhood, and most of my teens. I finally got it out of my system 2 years ago. Picture a seven year old having extreme mood swings, depressed all the time, uncontrollable labeto, not being able to control body, and thought day and night of suicide.

  • I have aspergers syndrome and my IQ is 391.

  • @jasperswan123 Hahahahaha "my iq is 185". You sir are pathetic.

  • @PBLZell very true what you said

  • This was very helpful in explaining Asperger's to my younger sister. Thank you for making such a great video!

  • @6MakeMyDinnerCunt6 I also have Asperger my IQ is set on 171

Did you know the greatest genius alive Albert Einstein had Asperger Syndrome?

Does Asperger makes people different? no we have some things yes maybe but in comparisant we are more inteligent then the regular people

u should show some more respect

    Altough u r probably a troll

As long as other people just dont see us as the retards u want us to be

we are normal people with a lill turn, i breathe , i love, i work

    yours truly

  • @jasperswan123 You don't capitalize your words. You're an idiot.

  • @jasperswan123

Nice to see even the supposed smartest of us also succumb to petty vindication and insults.

  • My son has been diagnosed with Aspergers. Trust me...its REAL. I am sorry if some of you people are always going to be uneducated and ignorant about autism. If you have NO clue on what the heck your talking about, just shut your mouth. Either get educated or screw off. We have enough problems without idiots being so discriminatory against autistic children. These are children who are born into a world who will not except them. Thanks for being such JERKS....

  • @jasperswan123 Yeah ok buddy. A quick google search pretty much proves that bullshit. I can find like 6 pople that are still alive with an IQ of over 180. Besides, you're don't even capitalize and yet you're going to claim to be one of the most intelligent people on the plant? If you're going to lie about you're IQ at least make it believable.

  • @jasperswan123 yea but you are socially retarded. That is a huge handicapp

  • I was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. In school, I was left out by everyone and everyone avoided me because I was socially awkward. However, I didn't really felt anything nor do I have empathy towards anyone, I was too concerned with my own interests which was chemistry and I could study it all day long without social interactions.

I'm in university now studying Material sciences and I still can't be accepted by others, I get bullied and teased by art students and yet I prefer to be alone.

  • asperger's is a made up condition for people with EXTREME Narcisism and obsessive compulsive issues!!!

  • @karmalevel Narcissistic Disorder doesn't register on a neuro-level. It's completely emotional. Aspergers is a disorder that can be seen on tests such as CAT scans and in brain activity. I'm a fucking medical student, I have Aspergers, and I will kick your ass with science any day.

  • @jasperswan123 182? wow, i have aspergers too, i hate it when people call it a mental problem, anyway, so if you have an IQ of 182, wouldn't that mean you are or were at university?

  • @bugboy32 Intelligence has nothing to do with being a good person with empathy and good social skills! you are socially retarded!!!

  • @bugboy32

    Either that, or he's lying.

    I'll give you a clue, he's lying.

  • I'm confused. Which one has the aspergers? The play doh man with the stick? Or Mr Lobotomy who’s sleeping through the nightmare of having a creepy Mr Plasticine crawling all over his brain?

And wouldn’t Aspergers make a great name for a burger joint? ASBURGERS --- the best burgers in town,

  • i have a strong feeling i have this :/

  • I have asperger's and it has gotten better and easier to cope with it over the years. They think Einstein had asperger's syndrome.

  • @vvillem9 i just want you to know something bill gates has aspergers i pretty sure he is not retarded...

  • @AcEzEagle254 To be accurate, bill gates is suspected to have asperger's. There's never been a diagnosis. Unless there ever is one, it's inaccurate to say that he does.

  • I have asperger's, and i've learned how to use my gift to make my life better and more enjoyable. who cares how "socially adept" we are? normal people might end up being another robot in an office cubicle, but asperger's can be anything. i'm musically inclined, i have extensive knowledge about various forms of medicine, and i can think outside of the box to create solutions to problems that nobody would have ever thought up. my name is Brendan, and i have Asperger's Syndrome.

  • @rockergod789 I have it too :D

  • @rockergod789 so, you think you are the king? -.- wake up!

  • @Kentiapalme what's your problem?
