I was at Abu from April '04 to January '05--and I thank you for posting this video. We went through plenty of attacks during my 9 months there, but after this attack I talked to a few people I knew and they said it was much worse. The shot of the ER full of solders took my breath away (I'm a medic)

I say this sincerely, but I worked in the "Detainee" system (different camp). We share translators, and routinely interact with the others from other camps.
According a someone who regularly went to both camps (Abu and mine) the guy in the tower lived, but was BLINDED by the hot gasses and dust.
Also, Army units WERE invovled in and outside the wire.
So, if you want to tell them off, please get your facts straight.

this was filmed on april 2, 2005, over a year and a half after the scandal. these are Marines, not army soldiers. There were army units on the base when this happened, but they were safe, inside the wire protected by us. i was wounded in this attack, in the tower that you see get blown up by a suicide VBIED. you radical left wing assholes who are posting all of this bullshit are no better than the insurgents that wounded and killed a great number of my brothers...
