No worries, everyone talks to much sometimes.

As for easy and cheap cooking...I Use beef or chicken flav ramen noodle and cook as usual. Then throw in some green onions, ground pepper and quite a few dashes of sesame oil. Meanwhile scramble an egg separately and throw in the bowl last.

i'm pulling for Rampage in that one... but that fight may not happen - Rampage & Dana got into some shit over Rampage doin the A-Team movie, so Rampage said fuck it & quit the UFC & is more interested now in doing movies than fighting/training... hopefully they smooth things over tho, that fight needs to happen after all the build-up

Only thing is they rose the price of the 40 where i am a few cents to almost another $ so i don;t drink it much anymore but it's good stuff. it's the Labbat Ice whitch aint easie to find around here. weird. why you want a 40oz of Max ice or something?

our town liquor store sucks. they don't have 4Os's here but they used to sell 12 packs of maximum ice pint bottles. closest city is Halifax NS and over 300 kms away. they brew the stuff there.
