My golf instructor got me using this and I just bought one. More than any other teaching technique or gadget, this has really helped me hit more from the inside. Go figure..... what a simple thing.

Totally agree with hitmanhawky. no ball compression in the above demonstration. I use an impact bag at home to ensure my hands are slightly ahead of the ball at impact ensuring ball compression and a shallow divot AFTER the ball. The demo above looks more usefull for driver swings. Just my 2 cents worth.

you making contact with the shaft standing straight up and down this wont work for consistent compression of the ball we need a forward leaning shaft at impact, a shaft standing as this one is at impact and then throw in 4 inches of shaft flex you can see without a good camera and you have a ball that rolls up the face instead of jumping off of it check the best ever to play the game at impact hands will be much more forward ,, and check my swing out at mark the hands and watch thanks hitmanhawy

I have to agree that this is a great teaching aid. In additon, I enjoy his method of teaching. I wish I discovered this teaching aid a long time ago.

Totally agree. I did improvise though and use my own resources, but the drill/theory was in place ;-) Went up from 12/13 to a 15 before using this drill with my equipment and dropped to 9 with a new personal best of 2 over for 18 holes. Am hitting better and better with far greater impact, cannot wait to start playing again this winter.

I use this bag. Dr. Gary Wiren is right; it is the best teaching aid ever!
