But its weird. Normally in pursuit mode if you hit an SUV in a roadblock it takes like a 220+ mph crash to get it in one hit, but yet another SUV disables it @ less than 100. Lame.

Maybe, but then there would have to be a spinoff 'scenario' to go with it, and then there would really be no point in a challenging pursuit, because you could just steal another SUV every time you got caught, and what would you do with 2,000,000 SUV's that sold for 0$ a piece? (Remember: Nobody wants to buy a Police car with a lvl 6 wanted status.
