I have belly fat that hangs over my jeans, how can I get rid of that?
I do lots of Cardio on the treadmill, but I want to know what types of exercises I can do to get rid of that.

Start crunches do it till you fail
Drink water after that .
Stop eating late night snacks and stuff.

the only thing you ever trained or can is your hand.
however does this movement should be carefull with the lowerback. If you are not flexible enough you will end up arching a bit. So it would be recomended to do it sitting on something. ( Like one or two heavy books )

Ive come to you for lyk 5 different exercises and you've got them all!
Some are the torso twist and the Dumbbell Fly.
