Wow I didn't realize she could actually sing... though picking this song was a mistake... like trying to cover Stevie Wonder or Freddie Mercury... but she takes a decent stab at it...
i think she sounds pretty dayum good, but then again..i really like the song, no matter who sings it and well enough to make it my opening song on my bebo page. soooooo...
Wow, it sounds like Tiffany recorded this at her favorite Karaoke bar! Nothing against her, she sounds pretty decent, and truthfully, she sounds phenomenal for a pop princess. I admit, I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. But the music and backing vocals...yikes.
The best cover out there? No. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I respectfully disagree.
whoa! pretty good for a young girl. Do you mean Susan Boyle? Well, she could probably do it too, if they let her sing her heart out!! Think Leona could do it too!!
I found this cover while looking for this song and said to myself......yeah right....let's see how a woman rips this song. To my surprise......It's Awesome!!!! One of the best covers of this song I've heard.
Does anyone know whether or not Susan Tedeschi has ever recored this song? If so, where could I find it.....maybe here? show us your majic cyberbard.....
Did you read my mind? :D I always did think that this song would be perfect for Susan to cover. But so far, she hasn't covered it yet and it doesn't seem to be part of her live sets either.
Tiffany, Haha. I remember my mother talking about her. It's kind of funny that Duffy has a thousand fistful's of talent in coparison to "Tiffany" and yet, you can this cover is a million times better than Duffy's, simply for the fact that you can hear the emotion in it. Just goes to show how many levels music really has and that there really is something for everyone.
This is the Best!

Vocals are fantastic! I'm plesantly surprised.
But the music could have been more organic. You cant tell it's a synth, drum machine & guitar.
Other than that,I likey.

I don't care if the music is cheap - Tiffany knocked me on my ass with this one.
And seeing as I'm 60 years old and a big Otis Redding fan I think that says it all.
I also hear a Janis Joplin influence here.
Cheap music and a million dollar version.
Just f***ing awesome.

Even if I absolutely love Tiffany and I posted this video, I have to agree with you.
Much of the music on Dreams never Die sounds tacky and cheap (not the mention some of the lyrics) but vocal-wise Tiffany is at her top here.
It's not a bad cover, but it's ... cheap.

see, i wanted to hate this....but listen to duffys version and this ..and tiffanys career choices aside...she actually sings from the gut...
the backing music is a little hokey though...seriously...the twanging guitar makes me cry baby jesus tears
