I find this interesting for minor problems, but what about an enormous breach in a relationship, like an affair where the husband abandons his wife without ever having once spoken about any problem, any unhappiness? How can you ask the wife to deal with a husband who is only taking 10% of the responsibility for enormous betrayal and hurt - and blames the wife for 90%, saying that the conflict is 90% of the issue is about HER? Please elaborate on this. Thank you.
Well it is so important that the wife not believe that she is the source of the problem.
This conflict model is to be used when someone is mad at you not for betrayal.
If a man would cheat on his wife....it is never her fault so she needs to not feel that!
