Im just going to say its impossible to manage 149 villas solo....so my guess is he had lots of duals...obviously. And im also going to go out and say its next to impossible to actually play and focus on CP and all the tech for each city to go along with that to settle even half that many...so my guess is really nice confeds that let him chief them all, and perhaps NAPS also. If i am wrong, and this was a solo or dual effort without any given cities, i appologize and bow...*Were not worthy*
