I'm confused. I keep hearing people (mostly the GOP) saying that we are "winning the war in Iraq." HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! The war in Iraq is a CIVIL WAR, how do we win a war that we aren't even a part of?!?! Now if they want to claim that we are succeeding in particular goals, that's fine. But this whole "winning" rhetoric is getting a little out of hand. IT'S NOT OUR WAR TO WIN OR LOSE!!

Graham makes no sense. Al Qaeda wasn't in Iraq before the war started, and the only reason they ever gained any power there is because the Iraqis hate them slightly less than they hate the Americans. Also, Iran did win because of the war. The Iraqi gov't and the Iranians share a religion, no matter how many times John McCain lies and says otherwise.
