i always wanted to do smokey eyes. but the makeup stuff that i have are not the same as yours or as any other make up tutorial anyone has on here. meaning, i don't have the palet nor the special brushes. what's ur advice if the only stuff that i have is eyeshadow its brush, mascara and the thing u used 4 ur waterline?

Yes you can. Just make sure you smudge it out really well with your finger so it's all blended out. By blending it, it will prevent your shadow from creasing.

just a tip ,instead of the Qtip , i found this product from REVLON it is a make up corrector , u know if u do a mistake especially eye make up it just erase it like it never happened , it looks like an eyeliner & it 's only 7 $

No it is not the same thing. Loreal HIP Cream Liner is in the Loreal HIP Section of your cosmetics isle and it says "Loreal HIP Cream Liner" on the box
