Oh really! As if, hording resources and denying people access to the basics to make their lives easier has solved problems. I'd like to know when. The New Deal is progressive programs have always benefited the most. Conservatives don't like the "liberal" social programs of the Bible either, that's why they typically ignore it. But, then again, conservatives don't have anything to offer anyway except useless dialogue so they can hear themselves talk.

You don't seem to have a high retention level. Perhaps if you'd have finished HS, the issue would make more sense to you. The issue is not "entitlement" idiot: it is education. The idea is to provide those who want and need help with the information and access to resources so that they may transform their lives the way they see fit. There are despots in every society. That doesn't mean that those who are without the means is not deserving of help. You need religion fool.
