  • i have been doing this for about 3 weeks and am really impressed with the results! the first couple of times i did it it killed my and my stomach/neck were in constant pain but once you do it for a few days it goes away. and i feel as though some of the fat on my stomach has been burned away as well as just muscles toning, not too sure though :) would recommend this to anyone wanting to tone up their stomach quickly.

  • I just started this workout and done it all, but it fucking kills the neck. 1/4 through the workout i put more contraction on the abs , it helps to relief the stress on the neck. Good workout.

  • @HurtsTheTruth i do this workout everyday, what ive notice is that if you let your heads weight rest on your hand it wont hurt as bad, but do not yank your head, just let your abs do all the work

  • ok guys its officialy been one month since starting this workout and it works. its gay but if you do it correctly, it works.

    ok, so to answer everyones questions while im at it, no i dont think it burns fat, im pretty sure it just tones the muscles, its toning my abs pretty well, especially the sides. cardio burns fat because it gets your heart rate up and uses your fat as the energy, hence the name, fat burning.

  • @luannyboyz be4 doing ab exercises take at least a 30minute jog, that will get ur heart pumping and fat will burn even as you do these 8 minute ab exercises :)

    it only works if you do it right tho,

    if ur feeling it in your neck or back you need to put the strain on your stomach and dont try to pull yourself up by jerkin your head forward.

    just take it slow and try to focus on using only your stomach muscles

  • this is a great work out i use my own methods tho. It takes time wont see it right away couple of weeks normally. Also "gang" as in referring to the group and you for motivation.

    I've been doing various abdominal exercises (a couple I've kind of made up myself) daily, 1000 each day. I've done this for about 5-7 days so far. I want to tone my abs up. I'm pretty active, I'm not overweight; and I don't eat too badly.

    I feel a slight difference, but I'm not sure if what I'm doing is working, because I don't see a difference. Which I don't expect to see result overnight. I'm just wondering when.

  • I'll give this a shot. I'll combine this with a 2 hour bicycle driving, and go low on carbs. I also go to gym and train hard, but never abs ( dont really know the reason, must be laziness). I hope i get some improvement in 4 months. :)

    If you can handle it daily then why not! Push yourself and persist and you'll build your stomach! The more the better coupled with the right diet and such

  • Just keep in mind that you can't just expect to do this video and get abs. because you can have perfect abs but have fat covering them and you'll see nothing. Just run a mile or two or any type of cardio that gets the blood pumping before you do this and eat healthy, mainly protien and fiber and be sure to drink ALOT of water.

  • too much protien in your diet will make you fat too. chemistry of metabolism proves that you cannot burn fat efficiently without any carbs either. a BALANCED diet is best.

  • i lost weight and i had all this excess skin (not that much actually) and it flapped over my pelvis area. i did this work out every night for one week and the flap is totally gone. thankyou so much. this workout has changed my life. i'll be bikini ready in no time!!

  • Well your neck shouldn't hurt too much but it may just be like that if you're starting out. Just try to keep looking at teh celing or something, if not, just try different stuff until you find your comfy spot!

    Yes, always exhale as you rise cos that's when you're muscles are at the taughtest (cos there's less air behind them obv) so you will be training them and making them a lot tighter than if you were full of air, where they'll be stretched more and less tight!
