@ChicoBallers Wat bout Kevin Garnett? Timberwolves franchise player, he left his team behind to join the Big Three in Boston. Bosh? Raptors franchise player, he left Toronto to join the Heat. Julius Peppers? Franchise player on the Panthers, left to Chicago. Jared Allen? Franchise player on the Chiefs, left to Minnesota. Stoudemire? Suns to the Knicks. And the list goes on! @Afult27 Kevin Garnett: Traded from a bad team towards the end of his career: Chris Bosh left the raptors, who weren't a very good team and never even came close to leading them to anything special. As for football players I would argue a defensive end is going to make as much of a difference as say one player would on a basketball team, but Jared Allen was traded away, he didn't leave in free agency. What Lebron did would be like Peyton Manning leaving the colts to go somewhere else.
