Yes it was annoying, and very disrespectful not only to the other audience members, but especially to Kaki and her band. Unfortunately this wasn't the only song they talked through during the show.

yes, annoying and disrespectful-i totally agree. throughout the whole show i could hear constant chatter. funny really, when i saw her last year at the corner no one talked at all.

Yeah last time everyone seemed too mesmerised by Kaki to want to talk, but this year there were a lot of chatterers; I had a whole group of noisy people behind me during the show (someone eventually told them to be quiet but they still talked, just not as loudly). Makes you wonder why they pay for a ticket to a show if they just want to spend the night talking.
