This video doesn't teach anything! Throw a sonic boom out and then flash kick? Sure, some of the time but mostly, a low fierce punch ((hard) which results in an uppercut) is faster and more effective. Flash kick should never be your main option. Sonic boom trap setting should be your main focus.
