Doing tech for this show. Today is the day before opening night, and instead of rehearsal we have the night off. But, because I can't just focus on something important (homework), I'm listening to the music again. Fingers crossed that the followspots track correctly! Can't wait for opening night.

I just did my first performance as Grace Lamb...I have been shitting bricks all week and when I ran on screaming I noticed one small girl in the audience who was looking up at me with a smile plastered on her face. After wards she walked up to me and put her hand out. Her words were "I thought you were amazing, those girls were pretty but you are amazing, I want to be like you when im older" I smiled with tears in my eyes and hugged her. I am 14 and I am so proud of the rest of our cast.

@HannahMileyFan4u It's really hard and competative but if you work hard enough and keep trying if you don't succeed first time round then you stand a chance :) google the Conference of Drama Schools if you're in the uk :)
