Ok, so here is the best solution. We tell the countries we will pull our troops and bases out of all middle eastern nations. In exchange, those countries are to NEVER ask for ANYTHING from the United States, whether it be aid, money, troops etc. If they want us out completely then they will be on their own COMPLETELY.
