  • you can start by doing them by balancing / jumping, which are easier ways, then you can do them correctly after some time practicing like that

    Pull ups require pull ups. You can modify them if you need to, but try one set a day every day with a day or two of rest.

  • WTF???You don't need to be able to do 50 or 100 pull or chin ups to do a one armer...endurance and absolute strength are totally different...of course there is some carry over but some people can do as little as 20 pull ups and be able to do a one-armer...

  • I doubt you could ever get a one arm chin up by just training for max reps. I found by training for OAC my max reps increased but correct me if I'm wrong but it does not work the other way around.

  • To do at least one oac, you need to do at least 50 pull ups without rest. This guy can do 2 oac in video(training workout 2 serie) and probably does more. I bet this guy can do pull ups almost 100 without rest. This number could beat an professional gymnastic.

    If you are so deep in natural training like these, you better try as hard as possible like him.

    this guy can do 15+ OAC...how many regular pullups can he do according to yur math?..lol be more realistic next time,,,i kno someone that can do 20 regular pull ups and he can pull off 1 oac
