  • Just started listening to these guys

Why did i wait so long?

  • oorhohrhh

  • its only 15 canadian in a store isnt it.,..

  • Bad Religion r amazing, NEW DARK AGES & ATOMIC GARDEN r really 2 of the best of them CaliPunk, but SORROW & AMERICAN JESUS r also amazing. anyone can download any of there sonds by using ARES or LIMEWIRE.

  • are they antichristian or something?

  • No they're not...

They are atheists, not anti-theists, however, the lead singer prefers to be called a naturalist instead of an atheist..

  • oh ok, I was just like wtf becuase there was an anti cross symbol in the video.

  • 5 stars, il love this album.

    But, is this legal?

  • bad religion es bad religion y nadie puede tener una opinion en contra de el buen bad religion aguante bad religion

  • not necessarliy christianity or god in general just religions created by men for a certain benefit or for control or fear. the symbol is pushing it a bit but i'm it's more then meets the eye. maybe a satire!!

  • way to go dude. I saw these guys on Good Friday

last year at the HOB in Hollywood. The place was vacant. However, they still rocked. Minus 1 guitar

He must of respected Good Friday. Go figure.

  • "Despite the name of the band, the members do not consider themselves antitheist. Singer Greg Graffin states that more often than not, the band prefers to use religion as a metaphor for anything that doesn't allow for an individual's freedom to think or express themselves as they choose. In this way, their songs are more about anti-religion."

    (From Wikipedia)

  • Do your research, Graffin (the singer) also said once that they were just 15 years old and the mean thing you think about at that age is "How can I piss people off" (The video were he says that is still on Youtube)..

  • At one point they were considering the name Vaginal Discharge.

  • @SonicPsycho They did just want to piss off their parents.

  • @Dickoz0r

  • @Dickoz0r

Naturalist isn't something made up. It is a decently popular view and was well shown in the book brave new world, which judging by some BR lyrics, he read and enjoyed.

  • @hamispink Agreed.

  • @hamispink doesnt brave new world mean new world order??

  • Idk man, have you heard some lyrics of their songs though? (American Jesus for example)

  • Man, Bad Religion is fucking amazing. I have all 14 albums and countless shirts. Although their music gets better the farther back you go (in my opinion) all of their albums will destroy. And does anyone else see the resemblence of New Dark Ages' video to the Atomic Garden video? two fucking amazing songs.

  • i am totally buying this!

  • Oh and btw 52 seconds rly starts 6 seconds into the song so it is 52 seconds :P

  • I didn't like this album at first 'cause it was two unfamiliar but now i realise its awesomeness all the songs grow on you amazingly quickly.

  • I love this Album

  • 57seconds!

  • I'm sure BR aren't losing any money from a bunch of songs posted on youtube. I bought this CD and 8 other BR CDs, and I saw two of their concerts and I bought two shirts. I am a firm supporter of BR and I personally believe that it's perfectly fine for me put all this on youtube. Peace

  • I went out and bought this album after listening to it this past week while in my office at work. thanks for posting. now i can sing along at the commodore.

  • @cloverdalepunk exactly........this isn't going to cause them worry about how to pay the electric bill

  • @cloverdalepunk hell yeah we support them, altho i'm replying to ur post 4m 2 years ago f*ck it and those who oppose anything BR related ! punx drunx !

  • @cloverdalepunk totally agree! that way i can show ppl what great music sound like on my facebook, i´ve been already to at least 3 BR concerts, and tommorrow ill be going again here in Rio, despite that i own a lot of their records! Bad Religion is way too good!

  • Uh, I read an interview with Brett where he said he doesn't really care how kids are getting their music, he's just glad they're listening.

  • More artists should take that approach.

  • I agree to an extent. I don't like when people only download their music though... You gotta buy the CDs too. Support the band!

  • Oh yeah, all the way. I own all the Bad Religion CD's, the only thing from them I've downloaded was some B-Sides and Into the Unknown.

  • where did you find B-sides and Into the Unknown?? I can't find them ANYWHERE!!

  • Into the Unknown is a limited edition, it is almost impossibe to get because it's not on sale anymore.. (For years...)

  • You've got to buy the CD's , that's right.. But the majority of my music is downloaded...

You don't have to buy everything, I've got 4 Bad Religion albums right now (still growing...) I can't afford to buy them all at once.

And I think it's kinda logical to download if they ask 20 euro's for an album...

And...I'd almost boycott buying CD's because of some anti-download extremists...

  • well, 20 euros is ridicuous (around $35 right? I'm from canada) I only buy an album if it's $15 or less. I try to avoid downloading, but if it's a band I don't know enough or if I don't exaclty like every song of, i'll download.

  • Yeah, 20 euros (Well, the euro has dropped some too, so it's 27 US dollars) is the standard price for a brand new CD...

I only pay 20 euros for some exceptions... (I've bought New Maps of Hell for 20 euros for example).

I think 10 euros is a good price for an album, 15 euros is also reasonable for a brand new album..

I also download music, but I also try to buy the albums...

You've got to create a good balance... You shouldn't just download everything without buying any albums...

  • (I also visit concerts...)

By the way, did you know that Bad Religion has released their whole album on Myspace for listining (the exact same day) when it was released...?

  • agreed.

  • I love BR!!! 4-ever!!

  • 53 seconds

  • yea man there isn't a single bad song on this album

  • i agree, one of their best albums

  • all except Prodigal Son

  • nah prodigal son is a great song.

  • in my oppinion it's thier worst song as of yet, I even prefer Follow The Leader

  • I will differ. Prodigal Son is probably my favorite of the album. The thing about this album is that each song is great for different fans of the band. Prodigal Son has great hooks and melodies, and the mid break is surprising. It's almost like three to four songs in one and it blends very nicely. I would believe that it's probably their best crafted song on the album.

  • @rocker1821 do they have a bad song; i mean some of there songs are OK buut none of them are bad

  • @zjx37 Na na nana, na na na nana, raaaaaaaise yoooouuuur voice!

  • requiem for dissent is an awesome song. so is new dark ages! :)

  • note: 52 seconds does not have 52 seconds

  • 55 seconds =D

  • sweet!

  • thanks, i was looking for a way to listen to the whole thing without buying it first, really appreciate it!

  • Thank you! I love BR, and Greg's only getting hotter...

  • Which Greg? I personally think Greg Hetson is pretty hot. I know that sounds gay, but I don't really care.

  • I meant Greg Graffin, and it doesn't sound gay. You just know when a man is handsome. (... But now that I think about it, Greg H. is pretty cute, too...)

  • They're all hot! ;) Especially Greg and Jay.

  • Ah, Bad Religion. One of those bands where you can listen to any random song, and always hear awesome.

  • Fuck you

  • thank you for posting this.... :)

  • thanks bud.

  • good job man

  • yay. some1 did it
