  • wao buenazo..ta cara la estructura

  • here you can see how beautiful human body really is! God is certainly the best artist!

  • the costumes are vary special

the artis are look like hanuman ... it is a being from the india or thai mythology

  • @raisingthestakes

They put certain things in slow motion web they edit for DVD. They are tumbling at normal speed

  • im not sure if anyone will understand what i mean... but how do they flip so slow? that seems to just defy gravity

  • This may sound strange but does anyone know what type of accordion that is. Like the brand name or manufacturer. I love the sound of this accordion and these clips from alegria are the only place I have ever heard an accordion that sounds like that. (I play accordion myself and none of the several I posses sound like that either, lol) I appreciate any answers. I have been searching for nearly a year on this. Thanks

  • THE grate .... who to not like ??

  • Damn I do hope these people get paid good for all this talent

  • How many twists did they guy do? I am a springboard diver and I can't even twist like that.

  • does any one know the name of the song ( 4:00 )?

  • @oraovica

    The middle song is Valsapena.

  • This is so awesome and inspiring, erifilly would so love to be there right now part of the show, in another centuary she would have been part of a circus travelling around the world creating and in her element -- their creativity and skill is something heavenly to aspire to. Thank you and all the best to everyone :):):)

  • Just saw the show yesterday and i´m still amazed. All of them have been simply breathtaking and the clowns were soooo cute.Alegria means Cheerfulness, but it was more than this......

  • Oh mY stars; its chuckie cheese

  • I would do Everthing to Work in Cirque du soleil.Just imagine doing The thing You just love and getting paid for it.

  • what is the song ?

  • @cplink1 irna is the song

  • 240p we meet again

  • My favorite parts start at 1:10 and 2:24.

  • This is so amazing. I watch this over and over i love it. The clown is fab and the timing is spot on wow!!!

  • Someone please help me now: I just cannot determine which of the singers I really wanna fall in love with; the white singer would really melt my heart if I love her too much and the black singer would put a spell on me if not enough of my love is given to her...POOR ME!!!

  • When I saw this live last night, I was beast. Also, their music reminds me a lot of the Crannberries...

  • can someone tell me how to did that? it's awwwwwwesome.

  • WHAT? 53 dislike this??? Theres no acounting for tast i guess Oo

Thanks for uploading these. Must be amazing to see something like this live!

  • Are any of these acrobats qualified to be in the Olympics?! If so, they would all be getting Gold stars!!!!! :O

  • @pianoac one of them, lisa skinner used to compete in gymnastics for aus, she was really good

  • @pianoac i dont know wat shows they're in but there a few acrobats that have qualified for the olympics

  • @pianoac I watched a behind the scenes video for Mystere and they interviewed the director in charge of hiring acrobats.... they look for ex-Olympians or those who trained for the Olympics but did not make the national/world team, etc. So yes, they are ALL qualified!

  • @imhuntingforwitches Thanks for telling me that!!! Amazing to hear that! :O

  • @pianoac Haha yeah it's this video around the 2 minute mark if you or anyone was interested: watch?v=n4OXdDYunIo

  • @pianoac i think you get gold 'medals' in the olympics...

  • @mushyspaceman Yeah. Hehe... I wrote this late after watching Ringling Brothers, the worst circus in the whole world. xD

  • @pianoac actually most of these acrobats are former olympic gymnasts or former world champions :P same with the ice skaters u see in holiday on ice ^^

  • @pianoac Not really. There are 2 major genres in the gymnastics. Theres the one kind of gymnastics, the most common kind in the US and elsewhere, where people swing in bars and rings etc., the olympic disciplins. Vault etc. Then there's the other kind of gymnastics, not focussing on the olympic disciplins, but solely focussing on jumping - on a track (here powertrack) or in a small trampoline.

The olympic kind of gymnastic takes A LOT of strenght as the exercises requires that to be completed...

  • @mikanden123 ...mps that require little or no strenght (compared to the olympics) but that are purely hard to make cause it takes a lot of technique. This kind of gymnasts excell at making great jumps off a track or a trampoline (as you see in this video) but if they were to be put on the rings or say parallel bars, most of them wouldn't even know what to do there.

English is not my birthlanguage, so i do not know what to call these 2 types of gymnastics to catagorize them, but directly translat

  • @mikanden123 ..directly translated from my birthlanguage the olympic kind is "sports-gymnastics" and the other kinds, this kind, is called something like "rythmic-gymnastics" or "jump-rythm-gymnastics".

Hope I helped (even though you actually didn't post a question.. o.O sry for the insanely long message)

  • @pianoac .... well, or to be completed at all. These gymnasts has great technique in these disciplins but their actual jumps on say a track like this wouldn't be really good, because they very rarely work on that (except tumblers, but thats a totally other thing). The closest olympics get to that is mens floor exercises.

Then the other type of gymnasts - like these in cirque du soleil - use most their time on making rythmic shows (more of a dancing gymnastic than strenght-gymnastic) and on ju...

  • @pianoac simple, the olympics don't get you safe money and a real job.. ;) i think it's better work in circus.. you became less famous but it's an artistics job :) (sure is very difficult!)

  • @pianoac alot of them are former Olympians.

  • @pianoac i think a lot of them are former olympians or former great athletes in general

  • I loved that clown!

  • The middle section made my eyes water for some reason... beautiful... and I'm a guy xD

  • Amazing!!!!

  • I see CHUCK~E~CHEEZE

  • 52 have Coulrophobia

    BOO HA HA BOO!

  • shes awsome!!!! so flexible!

  • I went to go see Alegria live, it friggnen rocked!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does anyone know the name of this song?

  • @madampeach

The fast song is "Irna" while the slower, middle song is "Valsapena".

  • @alladinmoua you're awesome! Thank you!

  • @evilangle those kids had the best jobs in the world! n like i said as long as you have talent the cirque will hire you!

  • First Cirque show I ever saw, I always loved this scene the power track. As a former gymnast (and subsequently tried out for Cirque didn't make it though but that is okay) all I can say is that I have major respect for the performers because what they do is beautiful, powerful, and awe-inspiring. You just have to wonder sometimes the pure brilliance of it all.

  • who wanna fly. amazing, showmen and women, realy artist.

i think thats the best act. around the world

  • who wanna fly. amazing, showmen and women, realy artist.

  • @lavitaebellae Absolut! Cirque du Soleil ist eine der schönsten Aufführungen, die ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe!

  • @11691cream If you watch the behind the scenes vids. some kids are 16-17. most are adults tho. cirque also hires kids, for their smaller acts. little tamir is 10-11, and other cirque acts hav kids that r 8 yrs old. as long as you have talent they accept you!

  • @MikiMusicMania La Nouba's little Chinese girls with yo-yos are 9-11, and back in the 90's, they had a 6 year old boy doing an act with his parents.

  • @KasperMullen you can find this music on itunes, amazon ( which sells it as a cd) ,or the actual cirque soleil website. Ebay might have it too.

  • Where can i find this music?

  • I used to work on this gig. Always thought that the music from the older shows it's better than the new stuff. This video really moved me.

  • Comment removed

  • I usually sing songs when I have them stuck in my head, but I had no idea what they were singing in this one... so I took it upon myself to watch this video for about the 100th time! 8D

  • love it!!

  • @Nurias13 It's called "Irna" and can be found on the "Alegria" soundtrack and by itself here in Youtube :)

  • I love the expressions on the performers faces :)

  • I saw this Saturday and was AMAZING. It is so much better on the 2nd ROW!!!!

  • Rubbish of public!!!! Applauses in all the act. It´s disgusting. It´s like if you go to a concert to listen the 9° Symphony of Beethoveen and you applause when they start to sing at the 4° movement. Absence of culture.

  • @JohnHenryRoca Dude, what is your &#^&$@!!! problem, I mean, can't you see the true talent it requires to do those multi flips...Go porn surfing if you don't like this stuff!!!

  • @JohnHenryRoca Wait wait wait... so you're saying that people SHOULDN'T applause?? What the fuck is wrong with you?

  • @JohnHenryRoca Imagine how they would feel if they did all that and landed and it was total silence. I was there Saturday and they pause for you to clap.

  • @BeautifullyDepress13

The faster song is "Irna" while the slower, middle song is "Valsapena".

  • @11691cream

I checked the website and you have to be 18 :(

  • I saw them live it was great!!!!!!!

  • I saw this live it was awesome!!!!!

  • amazing backflip on 3:16

  • lól_Í_fÉèl_sÖ_lõNÊlý_t0Ðâÿ

  • have seen alegria so many times at the royal albert hall and it still doesnt fail to amaze me!!

  • That was GREAT!!!!!

  • love this act. have seen the show twice, once at the Beau Rivage in '99 and once in Charleston just a few weeks ago, and loved it both times. the only thing i was confused about is if the performers in the gold costumes were all male, or if there were a couple of female power tumblers mixed in there. the way the costumes fit them makes it really hard to tell. does anyone know?

  • @hannahbanana2005

Yes, there are female tumblers in this act. I have this DVD there is a video interview of the cast in the special features section.

  • @alladinmoua thank you so much for clearing that up!

  • 50 people are idiots, but I am still going next month!!! FLoor seats!!!

  • 5:55 jaja so funy they belive he was fell down jaja buautyfull circus I adore cirque du solei!!

  • Seeing this live, it literally looked like there were no trampolines and that they were simply jumping off the stage floor.

    Mind-blowing..

  • This scene never grows old, nor does it ever fail to amaze me.

  • canadians!

  • wawwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • what is the song for the first bit... ?? anyone know?x

  • what is the name of this song???

  • @marianosensei

The faster song is "Irna" while the slower, middle song is "Valsapena."

  • amazinggg!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Muito bom!!! adorei!!!

  • it kinda bugs me that when their tumbling some of them dont have their toes pointed haha. but i saw this in person. amazinggg.

  • @MyNameIsConnorC That's the cool thing about Cirque, I guess. They're not getting judged like they would be at a gymnastics competition. Wherever their toes are pointing, the art is appreciated. They're artists as much as they are athletes.

  • @lzbriscoe totally TOTALLY understand that and the guy with the triple back? amazing. and haha. the only reason i pointed that out was because i was raised a gymnast and was told eveyr day for 5 years point your toes haha

  • Two words:

    Amazing and

    DUCK!
