@danhatechav defnitely pick up his amir LP that's very similar to this,. as for other artists, Emmanuelle Parrenin is the first one i think of, try maison rose and Chateau dans les nuages the latter being the most similar to varech , kay hoffmans floret silva lp might fit the bill in some places, veronique chalot and linda perhacs perhaps too,..the "folk is not a four letter word" compilations are fab , thats where i got into this sort of stuff from...
