  • BEFORE DBZ THERE WAS POPEYE DAMNIT! lol.

  • We do window very fast now.

Building from 7 floors down can be done with WFP

    347-sim-pole

Phil Alexander 40 years cleaning windows.

the guy that taught me used a belt like this!

  • this show packs more action into 6 minutes, then spongebob has in 30 episodes...

  • The weird thing is that Bluto's not making any money off of this at all.

  • @megabulk3000 Yeah, after he was done with his unauthorized window cleaning, Bluto was going to go to the owner of the building and charge him for it.

Ive know of some crooked window cleaners who do that kind of thing Like one of them went to a PetCo, just started doing the windows, and then at the end went in to the manager and gave him an invoice. The manager objected saying that he hadnt ordered it, but the windowcleaner told him it was a monthly, authorized by the owner. Manager paid.

  • That ladder part was pretty tight. ^^

  • "Now do you want me to clean your windows?"

  • did bluto say go hell on 4:42

classic cartoon by the way one best yet

  • 2:37-2:42 made me laugh

  • your washed up

  • so, want me to wash your windows now? (strangle strangle)

  • 4:24-4:26 ROFLMAO!!!

  • @illinoisboyinchi SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZ

  • Look at Olive Oil's arms flail in the air as Bluto's choking her. That is some classic shit right there.

  • Much of that "beauty" goes to the fact that the Fleischer studio was then based in the heart of NYC. Most of the backgrounds were paintings of the actual streets of the lower east side and the the meat packing district. The gritty feel was in deliberate stark contrast to the bright colors and fantasy of Disney, which helped endure Popeye to the many customers suffering thru the great Depression.

  • The high perspective shots like the one at 1:53, 2:30, and especially around 3:12, are all fantastic. This cartoon has AMAZING perspective shots, and as always, the city looks beautiful in black and white. The Fleischers were amazing and these cartoons can be considered some of the best from the golden age of animation. I never get over how volumetric the characters feel -- a true pleasure to watch.

  • I know. It's really ahead of its time.

  • nice to see someone cleaning windows properly unlike some window cleaners we see nowadays

  • also at 5;01 pluto is a woman stragler.

  • at 3:18 popeye said i do it in swing time.lol classics never get to old

  • I like how in every episode Bluto and Popeye have a competition to see who's better at something. Then when Popeye wins, Bluto gets mad and punches him. LOL at testosterone! My favorite part in this episode is when Bluto says, "Watch this." Then opens the window and punches Popeye. So funny.

  • Those were the best. They didn't try to make them for kids when it was just Bluto and Popeye.

  • Hey! Bluto failed to clean the center windows!

  • Yah POPEY! he is timeless too bad he was cancelled. now u can only c him 1 time a month.=(. SMILEYFACES160

  • The spinach moment in this episode has to be one of my favorites. He pulls off such a huge combo. :D

  • claSSIC FILM:
