Using shampoo wont ruin her hair... and you can only wet her HAIR , NOT her wig.. or else her wig will fall off..so i suggest you wash it by putting her hair in a ponytail , and then just wash the ponytail.. NOT THE WIG!!!!!!!!!

Only wash your dolls hair if you NEED to (: You can do it but it's not recommended that you do it too often. And I make sue I NEVER get their wigs wet (the top of the head) because if could fall off. Baking soda is a great way to clean your doll (: You can also use a toothbrush if you can, it really helps. Great Job! Your doll is really pretty (:
