He even flew over and landed on the camera when I was taking video of him, the other day. So much fun taking care of lovebirds. He was patient as heck before he swiped me with his claws and I had to have ointment on my eye, my hand, or whatever. AND the next time I went to Grandma's house was always a new start with him. But then My mom stole her from me and bonded with her and was really mean.(my birds name was Cuddles) A lot of other peach faced lovebirds flew around my house so I let her grow her flight wings out, And I set her free :) She flies around my house and stuff. My Maxi. Pionus does this with me. Except not just with a blanket; around the flipping house, she will waddle and flap until she finds me. Stairs? Nothing compared to birdie determination! To have a feathered friend to be a lucky son of a gun, and I happen to be one of said "son of guns". Your lovebirds are in supreme health and all look so happy and active. You have a gift with those critters! Keep up the great work.

You may have to bring the cage with all 3 birds in it, back inside. Put something really yummy in his indoor cage. Open the doors of both the cages, and if they are the same size, line the cages up so that the open door of one cage is agaist the open door of the other. See if he will hop into his cage that way.

my experience- petco doesnt take abandon birds. theyve some 'approved' protocal of breeders. but ive seen the state of a store that abandons responsibility of bird business.

YES you get bit poo'd on and your money ends up trailing down the hallway, whod want that? ME!!!

Thats so adorable. We got our lovebird from petsmart when they sold them (which was a few years ago) and finaly, after 3 years, he's warming up, but nothing like BeBe. He's really shy and hides his face in everything, and I don't really think he's going to change. Atleast he snuggles =3

it´s 04:23AM in my country and this Video gave me the first smile on this sunday!thank you for that!that´s so interesting to see how "he" (?) runs around like crazy and searching for mommy.

Thats so adorable. We got our lovebird from petsmart when they sold them (which was a few years ago) and finaly, after 3 years, he's warming up, but nothing like BeBe. He's really shy and hides his face in everything, and I don't really think he's going to change. Atleast he snuggles =3
