can you please tell me the name of the artist of this song and the name please? I received a heart transplant on 3/24/03. Just met my donor family on 1/14/11 and trying to put a video together for them

@a2ndchanceatlfe - Sorry for the late response! This song is called "Second Chance" by Hunter Brucks, and I believe it is available for $1 on iTunes. You can also get it on CD from the University of Michigan Transplant Center. Best wishes to you! Congrats on your heart transplant, and the honor of meeting your donor family.
