  • I am jealous of him.

  • I can observe sunspots by simply projecting the sun through my binoculars. But is it possible to see the corona during a total solar eclipse through binocular projection?

  • @eliit3impact lol i mean 1997-2007

  • Brian then went on to masturbate profusely as soon as the cameras were turned off.

  • nice VIDEO...!

    xD

  • everyones looking at the solar eclipse with naked eyes!! :/

  • WOOOOOOW that was actually really beautiful

  • hah??i have se at 200x a solar eclipse in italy i say wow but why the moon goes at the sun and hold at the sun??? sry bad english :D

  • @xXPBSXx1 it is impossible to see over 200 eclipses unless you are over 700 years old

  • Literally brought a tear to my eye. Amazing.

  • man it bums me out that north america will never see a solar eclipse

  • Ok, so if this is a solar eclipse.... Whats a lunar eclipse? Isn't it like (moon- earth-sun)??

  • @00LilyOfTheValley00 A lunar eclipse is when Earth eclipses the Sun seen from the Moon. It's like a solar eclipse, but from the Moon.

  • THIS IS SICK BRO I NEVER GET TO SEE THESE ANY MORE LOL ^-^

  • THEY SHOULD ATTACK THE FIRE NATION NOW!!

  • Of all the planetary bodies and moons in our solar system, Earth is the only one privilaged to have such a view in it's sky, our moon being just the right distance to give it exactly the same apparent size as the disk of the sun. Without this arrangement humans wouldn't even know about the solar corona untill the age of technology.

  • I think it's really funny they are clapping just cause it's like they are congratulating the sun and moon to have managed a cool trick. xD

  • @surfingtube well, I'm afraid that if we ever make it even near the center of the Milky Way, we'd be sucked in and killed by the supermassive black hole...

  • 1:15 finnaly a rich indian

  • It's amazing what God can do(:

  • @numberonefergiefan Gravity and time are amazing forces. Also if there was a god you don't you think that the creation of the universe would be more amazing that putting the moon in between the sun. Just saying since he created it all he's kind of lame. Giving us free will but demanding us to worship him. If there was a god he's is a weak, deceptive old god, and with questionable intentions.

  • @theextremegulp I personally dont believe in a god, and it seems you don't either, but please, if you are going to argue against religion on an intellectual level, at least get your facts straight....not only is time not an 'amazing force', its not a force at all. You're making us [non-believers] ALL look stupid.

  • @mthoma1000 I realize time is not a force but the effects of time are a force. Obviously not in any traditional sense because the effects of time are other forces acting on things. I was only making a point. Sorry to have offended you.

  • @theextremegulp Wow. Atheists sure are blind and really dense. How could you not see the beauty, the mystique, and the wonders that surround us? How could you not find it fascinating and mind-boggling? Solar eclipses are just another example of one of the mysterious wonders of our universe. To think its not amazing is just crazy. And seriously, everything could not have been created on its own so perfectly and so well-proportioned. Believing in god gives us this understanding. You lack faith.

  • @xxMia01123 So engaging in rational thought and not chalking up one of the beauties of nature to a mysterious omnipotent is being dense. Trust me I appreciate the beauty in nature but to believe that a complex system is perfect is one of the dumbest things I have heard in recent memory. Lack of faith? I have faith in man and the accomplishments we have attained. I believe faith in a higher power is what set us back in the middle ages and still today sets us back. Science and reason.

  • @theextremegulp Its not just appreciating the beauty in nature. It's more than that. Do you really think everything came into existence on its own? That what i meant by you lacking faith. Inner faith. And by perfect I meant how the planets are aligned, the rotation of the planets, and how earth is able to sustain all kinds of life. Its perfect beyond belief.

  • @xxMia01123 You do realize that day after day we are discovering more Earth-like planets? This seems like a moot argument because you attribute works of nature to some higher power. Its like arguing with a block of wood that never changes. Meanwhile in reality people study, gather evidence and over long periods of time develop theories. These theories are subject to change but its the best evidence we have. There is nothing more perfect about our solar system than anything else.

  • @theextremegulp Earth-like but they are nothing like our earth. We have yet to find a planet that can sustain life like ours. As a religious person, I believe that god specially created this planet for us humans and for life to nourish. If not then wouldn't there be loads of earth's everywhere? No, our earth is definitely special.

  • @xxMia01123 Well if you read and were informed there is a planet that could be habitable. Its is Kepler-22B but of course God made that perfect too. This is a stupid argument when you fail to see reason. I am not implying that Earth is special, its our home. To think that god created only one habitable planet is kind of obtuse even for a believer. Your beliefs are narrow minded and blindly driven by faith and an inability to look deeper into issues. Good luck with your perfection.

  • @xxMia01123 A furthermore is it is very hard to see planets that are close to the sun it the habitable zone. The suns light blocks us from seeing them. We have to use a complex series to equations using the planets effect on gravity to calculate density and size of celestial objects orbiting the star close. Not that this matters to you, but it has only been the past 10 years they have actually been looking. If you look more that's not the only one found.

  • funny he looks strange

  • DAT MUSTACHE!!

  • this is going on my bucket list..

  • It's awsome! 2010 happen many things about eclipse

  • the world doesnt end ya know

  • This will happend again, 20 of May, 2012.

  • @surfingtube and the world will end 21 of Desember, 2012. just FYI

  • @surfingtube u no that wont happen the sun will die in like 2 billion year then it will blow up killing all life on earth so the world will die but not that soon :D (what your thinking is a myth)

  • @dianamadelin actually, the sun is gonna die in 5 billion years

  • @TheApaura :D i knew it was in the billions i just couldnt remeber :D

  • @dianamadelin do a search for polar shift. this happends every once 250,000 years and we are now heading for it. our tech estimates this will happen again at 21 of desember 2012 as planet earth will be at the center of the milky way. also, atleast 3 religions points to this exact date, including the mayans who developed the same calendar we use to this day. it's not a matter of when this will happend, it's more a matter of how bad the damage will be. Do some research on it

  • @surfingtube "planet earth will be at the center of the milky way... Do some research on it"

Thankfully there has already been a great deal of research done on our position within the Milky Way, which has concluded that no, it won't. The Solar System has never been anywhere near the centre of our galaxy, and certainly won't be for a good few millions of years. I'm not saying life as we know it won't necessarily end on this day, but you can rest easy that this won't be the cause.

  • Total eclipse = Design = Designer

  • ohhmyygodd GOOSBUMPS

  • just a quetion peeoples, how does the universe get everything so perfect? its amazing how it fits perfectly with the sun and isnt even 5mm off. how can a bang make that?

  • @corban48 gravity

  • @corban48

it didn't use to, the moon used to be much bigger in the sky and in the future solar eclipses won't be like this... we just happen to be here at the right moment in history to observe it. We then as humans find meaning in such events to make things seem 'destiny' or at 'purpose' etc

  • @SVWillmer Of course "as humans" we make purpose out of things. Isn't that what life is about? Purpose...

  • @greyistight

The meaning of life if it exists is yet another term to give meaning to our lives, to add structure or as a means to understanding and feeling comfortable with living our lives. 'Purpose', is one of these answers to 'what is life about' .

  • @SVWillmer Yeah your exactly right about the whole "Meaning of Life" term. And referring to my statement, I couldn't agree more with "purpose."

  • 1:17 Cyclops is in 3d glass.

  • Everyones clapping for an eclispe i mean come on Its amazing and all but its not really something tht you clap about

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX you clap about gods master piece

  • @reyshakquit O.O i never thought about that But gods not really real (no offence christians) the universe was made by the big bang So yeah

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX well they are clapping because they were getting a bj at the moment

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX well then they clap about how amazing the universe is!

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX Gosh you aren't really fun are you....mean it is pretty amazing, why wouldn't you?

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX Clap, record, whatever floats your boat, as long as you are able to enjoy that amazing eclipse!

  • @XXluckyxgagaXX A truly amazing event has occurred and no one clapping? Then what shall you clap for?

  • God is eating an orange

  • I'm so fortunate to be right at home for the 8/21/2017 eclipse. We will have 2m14 seconds of totality visible from my front yard, weather permitting. I'm so excited. I can't think of a more awesome thing in all of nature than a solar eclipse.

  • @shaindaman13 where in the world will it be

  • @RapRules2000 It starts in the NW US and goes diagonal toward the SE straight through my state South Carolina lastly. Im so jazzed. It's also the weekend of my Birthday!

  • @shaindaman13 Lucky!!! i live in MI dam it!

  • @RapRules2000 Sorry :( You wouldn't have to drive to far to see it though. There is a website somewhere that has every SE for the next forty years marked geographically.

  • @shaindaman13 Sooo lucky ><...say can I sleep over for a day? lol we can jam out ;D

  • isnt there a saying that it is bad to see an ECLIPSE???

  • @SuperMoises15 It'll kill you in 7 days I think.

  • simply amazing

  • it's like a perfectly spherical piece of onyx, emanating an aura of radiant light, just distilled there in the sky. brilliant. just brilliant. i wish i was there.

  • COOL! I've always wanted to see a solar eclipse!

BTW, 16 people is horrified by the solar eclipse.

  • Imagine living in ancient times and seeing a solar eclipse. I bet everyone was absolutely horrified back then!

  • yup the was awsome i'm not crying

  • How could 16 people not like a solar eclipse?????

  • @TheKidbb13 people are crazy these days

  • @TheKidbb13 not sure if they don't like to use sunglasses

  • @TheKidbb13 People are strange. The 19 people that disliked this video are probably part of a Wierd cult that considers solar eclipses to be some form of Heresy and consequently dislikes said videos in an attempt to throw the universe out of alignment. so said ManBearPig.

  • @TheKidbb13 I know right?

  • @TheKidbb13 IKR!

  • @TheKidbb13 they forgot to wear glasses and they got blinded by the intense light of the Eclipse

  • hahahahahahaha @ double rainbow guy reference. real talk

  • I think it is amazing that despite all the discoveries of science and all things that have happened in history we -humankind- still have the ability to stand amaze at the wonders of nature and watch this solar eclipse. This video is great and I wish we could appreciate all other marvelous phenomenon in our universe. Eclipses are just a very small portion of the universe.

  • nature at work.
