  • What was your processor clocked to?

  • 4GHz

  • @toutagamon

Dude can u test super mario galaxy please. Thank you, good videos.

  • @daDynam0

Do you mean Super Mario Galaxy 2? I intend to. Just finished a video of Prince of Persia, LOL!

  • Hey again :D Could you tell me where you got the iso from? I was lucky enough to find the PAL version of SSBB, but I can't get any more games from anywhere. Any sites where you don't need to torrant the game?

  • Hello!

The games were kindly loaned by a friend for the purpose of these videos!

  • @AvatarBeast5 Rip them yourself, pirate.

  • I'm not a pirate man. I actually own both SSBB and Metroid Prime 3 on my Wii, I was just interested in seeing how they run on my new PC. I only play on the Wii, it's not pirating if I've paid $50 for each game, I'm entitled to play the game which I won't even do on the PC. Just seeing how it runs/looks :)

  • @AvatarBeast5 It's not illegal to rip them yourself but downloading them is. I used SuperDump to rip them and it's quite fast.

  • I would actually like to rip some of my Wii games, that would be realy helpful lol. But I'm really confused how to. I have stuff like Mario Kart Wii which I would like to make into an iso which can be recognized by Dolphin. Any way to do that?

Btw, I tried searching for "SuperDump" and it looks like its for modding Wiis, I'm confused about the whole process lol.

  • @AvatarBeast5 You just need to install tona's Patchmii cIOS and have a way to boot homebrew (using Bannerbomb exploit or Homebrew Channel) After that just dump the invidual .bin files into a USB stick and copy them to a computer and use command line to put them together into a one file.

  • nice

  • whoa intense AA. Can you run any pc games with this much AA. And is there any difference going beyond 4xaa?

  • As I have said before, I don't see the point of 8XAA. In my screen setup that is. Of course, now with the 5850, 8XAA has minimal performance hit compared to 4XAA so I just might use 8XAA.

For video making though, I will stick to 4XAA for the most part, as I use these videos to compare card's with each other, and this is the setting I begun with!

  • Oh, btw, 16XCSAA was only available in the OpenGL renderer. I dunno why. DirectX maxes at 8X MSAA! I haven't seen 16X CSAA in any game! Maybe there will be such an option in Quake Wars. I'll check!
