You know, you keep on repeating that the ORIGINAL version stinks but you forget one little thing.. Without the original 'stinky' version there would be no WT version.

So saying WT is the best band in the world and Kate Bush' song sucks is completely stupid in this case.

I like WT, but Kate Bush did an amazing job by making this song, whether you like it or not. You're just completely respectless for people their work. And as long as you don't gain respect you will NOT be a muscisian.

Other than the slightly distorted guitars, the vocal style (tone, range, inflection) is just imitating Kate Bush. So I guess I am confused. How exactly is the Within Temptation version better than the original? It isn't even a reinterpretation. More like a slightly blurred photocopy. Many women performers owe much to Kate Bush. She was unique, a real visionary. Those who came after stole ideas and images from her. I thought you sang the song well.
