I am voting BNP in protest at Labour's reckless immigration policies. And I think if the BNP won 2 or 3 seat on the London Assembly it would 'show 'em'. It's time for the two main parties to get real and start addressing some of the real concerns the British public have about immigration. If you bury your heads in the sand like you have been doing, the BNP will get bigger and bigger.

But economic migration is cutting both ways. British people have been working abroad in Germany, Saudi etc for years and years. The "immigration" we are currently seeing in the UK is being misunderstood anyway. Its not like colonial settlers moving from one end of the British empire to the other, its merely a case of finding work where the currency is strong. Brits made a killing in the middle east during the 70's and elsewhere in Europe during the recession hit 80's.

The fact is the problems we are seeing in the country right now are the result of the selling off of the public utilities and services that we used to control, sold off in the 80's and 90's. Lack of council housing is the biggie, a consequence of the disasterous right to buy policy, and the lack of new social housing. Gas, electric, water, trains, all sold to private companies who are remarkably making record profits whilst we turn on each other as we face economic meltdown. Disgusting!
