Thank you for representing your past, present & future: lov' your hit Classic's "Celebrate, Shambala, One, One Man Band, Liar, etc., & your new songs "The Heart of Blues & the Children song" are awesome, you carry your History well!!
I believe that God doesn't care about the color of a person's shell; He cares about the color of a person's soul. @rayjr62 I got to see Chuck Negron a few years back in concert. He did go through a lot problems with drugs and stuff. I figured it was the reason they split with him. Howveer it appears he is right with things and he sounded great. I was stuck in traffic but got there in time to here him sing Old Fashioned Sove Song/ 60+ but he was great.
@woitis That black fellow was an awesome drummer named Floyd Sneed. I loved some of the grooves he laid down for the rest of the band. He is still around but hasn't played with 3DN since their early '80s reunion.
I can't understand why tremendous groups like these guys don't keep on making music? With all of the baby boomers out there they should be able to sell it.....I know I would buy it.

Few bands ever had the strong vocal from multiple singers. Even fewer can come back 30+years later with most of the same vocalist and still lay it down hard. Hats off the 3 dog night. You have done that and set the bar very high for reunited bands.
Only other that ranks like this IMO is the eagles.

My wife and I saw 3DN tonight at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, CA and they were tight!!! Danny and Cory can still hit those notes and belt 'em out. It was a great show and we were not disappointed.
I just saw these guys Saturday night at our local county fair, and they put on a great show.!! hard to believe,after 40 years,they are still goin strong !! they played and sang with just as much energy as they ever did before !! Thanks,3 dog night.!!

@ZepZoSoRox Haha fantastic! He was the all state Florida jazz drummer as a kid. He's still a beast. He learned to play from my dad (his brother). great sense of humor with both of them. I learned to drum from them haha. Gotta keep the family line of drummers going.

My wife and I saw 3DN tonight at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, CA and they were tight!!! Danny and Cory can still hit those notes and belt 'em out. It was a great show and we were not disappointed.

When I was little, my brother had this album. I grew up in Little Rock,AR during the 60's and 70's. Music like this I remember today and shaped who I am today, because I was the white child during this turbulent time.
