Well, she's notbley upset because a "regular" human wouldn't have done that (bringing the boy to their home). However, she was previously upset anyway. She's not a brat, she's a kid...and kids don't always see the other side of the story or take into account that the other person's intentions were for the best..

@TheFashiongirl05 Hmmm I think that might have been in Jessica's imagination. Philmena, the lady at the store is sorta the one pulling the strings with this wish. And knowing that Jessica's a teen, she probably understood how teens can be angry then immedietely regret what they say.

So either when Jess took back the wish, Philmena probably made her see that she'd lose her friend in taking back the wish or it was Jess's own guilty conconscience.
