you get this spell at the very end of the old palace. After fighting the Dark Wizard jump toward the northern wall, the spell is in the hidden room in the wall.

F i didn't knew there's a hidden room after slaughtering the boss. Do you know anything about the priestess rythalia's 99 fate of coin's weapon? Dream wand or smth..couldn't remember. I can't find her strongest weapon while the rest is in red dragon cave.
@blazeandbladeEQ i killed the wizard and when I walked towards the door, they say something like angels and wings are engraved on the door and I needed a key to unlock it, I thought of using a thief. but to no avail. HELP!
