A "birth certificate" has a hospital, doctor, etc. What Obama has presented is "Certification of Live Birth". Google Tim Adams. Obama didn't "seal" anything. The various records are protected by standard privacy laws just like everyone elses. Try getting your doctors birth certificate or college transcripts. Try getting your neighbors medical records. Let me know how far you get with that. Why do you lie for Obama. I am looking at my birth certificate and it has the Hospital, Witness, time and the one you call a BC is a Certificate of live birth with known of that info. Example, when you get a big job and they want you to prove your College education do you show them your diploma or do THEY write off for a copy of your transcript. The Certification of Live Birth on the internet is not a longform birth certificate and does not list a hospital.
Cenk is not telling the truth about the newspaper announcement. It did not come out the day of his birth. It was published like a week later and did not say where Barack was born. It simply said that local residents (his mom and dad) residing at an address that was actually that of the white grandparents had a son born on August 4.

A "birth certificate" has a hospital, doctor, etc. What Obama has presented is "Certification of Live Birth". Google Tim Adams. Children born abroad with a US parent regularly get a Certification of Live Birth so the child will have US citizenship. This issue is not whether he is a citizen, He is. The issue is "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution for president. Senator do not have to be "natural born" only the president. The Turk is confusing the debate on purpose.

Tim Adams has no real information. All he has is hearsay evidence. While it has been confirmed that he did work as a temp in Honolulu, it has also been confirmed that Adams never had access to Hawaii birth records, neither did the office he worked for.
Hawaii is not going to issue birth certificates saying you were born there if you werent born there. It will state the country of origin. The COLB is a valid, official, State issued, Certified birth certificate.

Most of the elections bureaucrat are temporary, the permanent positions are few and political. I have not seen or heard he did not have access to Hawaii birth records; not hearsay. The Hawaii issued COLB is a valid, official birth certificate on it's own. It is sufficient to get a passport. How in the world would the COLB be able to establish citizenship or nationality without establishing place of birth. Hawaii no longer issues "long form" or photocopies of paper birth certificates. As of 2001, all their vital records were converted to electronic form. Welcome to the digital age.

There are 8 categories of how a person acquires citizen at birth status. People that fall into ANY of the 8 categories are considered to be natural born citizens and are eligible to serve as President or VP

I read 1401, there are 8 paragraphs for "nationals and citizens"; non addressed "natural born" which is a special requirement to be president, different from national, citizen or other elected offices. Obama's eligibility rests on proof he was born in the US. He should be forthcoming with this. He is not.

It represents totals paid out for legal fees related to the campaign, election and transition into office. It in no way reflects fees solely for the eligibility issue. All the cases were dismissed = minimal cost.
Have you ever read HRS 338-18? Thats why Dr. Fukino did not elaborate.

No idea how much was spent but based on the fact that HRS 338-18 (privacy law) protects the birth certificate for free, and that the cases were all dismissed, you're talking about minimal cost. No way in hell that its anywhere close to what you're saying.
Dr Fukino is not the only person who has seen the Obama's original Vital Records. The State Registrar has viewed it also. Let me add that Gov Linda Lingle has verified his birth place as well.

I did no such thing. For the umpteenth time now, the COLB *IS* a standard issue, official birth certificate from Hawaii, the only type they've issued since 2001. They DO NOT issue "long form" anymore. You cannot get the "extra information". The COLB is it. The "long form" is different but Hawaii NO LONGER ISSUES them.
You seem to have this transparency thing wrong as well. Obama was talking about his administration, not his personal affairs...
